Lead Fitness Trainer

Chris has been a boxer and trainer with Front Range Boxing Academy since 2009. He is the 2010 Golden Gloves Light Heavyweight Runner Up and fitness fanatic whose techniques earned him the title of "Best Alternative Fitness Class" in Boulder in 2012.

Leveraging his B.S. in Biology and Personal Training Certification, Chris prides himself on developing and training cutting edge fitness for the whole body. He instructs the weekly fitness class "Fit for Fighting" and also runs the personal training program at Front Range.

Chris has had the opportunity to work with professional boxers all the way to marathoners. His techniques utilize the total body and high interval training to maximize the efficiency and total body fitness from each workout.
