FRBA offers a free introduction to boxing to individuals or
groups. The intro will cover the basic stance, balance,
the first two types of punches -- the jab and the cross -
use of the most popular boxing equipment, and the basic boxer's
workout. Call to schedule an appointment.
Personal Lessons
Private 1-hour lessons are conducted with a trainer or instructor
in the ring or on equipment. Whether you're interested
in aerobic conditioning, strength conditioning, self-defense,
or cross training, the trainer will adapt the lesson to meet
your needs and interests. Lessons can be scheduled individually
when you want to work on a particular skill or scheduled weekly
as part of a package. The boxers' workout is one of the most
effective, fun and interesting full-body conditioning programs
in existence. Men and women alike use boxing to relieve stress,
get into shape or enhance an already athletic body.
*Boxing 101
Front Range Boxing's newest offering. Boxing 101 combines
basic boxing instruction with a challenging and fun group
workout (bag punching, rope skipping, medicine ball work and
punch mitt drills).
