    Our Team

Front Range Boxing Academy offers classes, lots of open gym hours, private and small group boxing lessons for women and kids of all ages in an ‘Old School’ but friendly and non-intimidating atmosphere. Our gym is fully equipped with old school and modern boxing training equipment as well as a weight room.

In business since 1994, FRBA has not only trained numerous amateur and professional boxers, we also have considerable experience using boxing as cross training for other sports; including 5 years’ as assistant speed, strength and conditioning coach for the C.U. (University of Colorado) Buffs.

Boxing is a confidence builder for men, women and kids alike. The boxing workout is effective in alleviating or mitigating depression and anxiety and is a proven treatment for symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease.

Whether your interest lies in competitive, amateur or professional boxing, learning self defense mechanisms, rehabilitating an injury or condition like Parkinson’s, cross training to enhance your effectiveness in another sport, or just getting fit and having fun, Front Range Boxing is the place to train.
