The Gym
Located conveniently at 3801 Pearl St. (directions)
in Boulder, the gym has everything you need for a full-body workout;
rings, speed bags, heavy bags of various sizes and weights, double-end
bags, and a variety of other traditional boxing equipment (jump ropes,
medicine balls, free weights, weight machines abdominal exercise stations).
We also provide hand wraps, gloves of different sizes and weights,
and sparring safety equipment for your protection (Sparring
is optional and only permitted under proper supervision).
The gym is open 7 days a week for open workouts, lessons, sparring,
and special programs. Please see our schedule
for specific times.
You don't have to take a beating to take advantage of the health
and fitness benefits of the boxer's workout. Learn to slip, block,
duck, parry and throw bunches of punches, to move with grace, speed
